Sales Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Build sales strategies, sales plans, and execution roadmaps.
Set KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
Review sales pipeline, forecasts, and business opportunities regularly.
Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management and service quality.
Team Management Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Build a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular coaching.
Business Performance Analyze sales and operational performance to support decision-making.
Monitor budgets and optimize operational costs.
Report business performance directly to the CEO.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
At least 5 years of management experience, including 2–3 years leading a Sales team.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven experience in building and managing high-performing Sales teams.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Fluent English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience in technology, SaaS, gaming, digital products, or e-commerce industries.
Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies.
Experience in business expansion and strategic planning.
