Accounting:
Verify payment requests and accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain accounting records and perform bookkeeping activities.
Prepare financial reports including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
Perform account reconciliations (AR, AP, assets, salary, and other relevant accounts).
Manage accounting documentation, data maintenance, and weekly payment runs.
Handle periodic tax declarations and reports including VAT, PIT, FCT, and CIT. HR (Payroll & Compliance Support):
Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with internal teams.
Handle basic social insurance (SI) procedures and personal income tax (PIT) related to employee payroll.
Maintain payroll records and support HR administrative documentation when required. Skill and experience
At least 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Tax.
Basic knowledge of payroll processing, social insurance (SI), and personal income tax (PIT).
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Good communication skills with a proactive and learning mindset.
