General Accountant - Salary: 20–30 Million

Record and manage all accounting transactions related to EPC projects, construction, and water/wastewater treatment systems.

Monitor and control project costs (CAPEX/OPEX), compare with approved budgets and BOQs.

Track contract values, payment milestones, and cash flow for each project.

Prepare project-based financial reports, including cost allocation, profitability, and variance analysis.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, especially progress payments, subcontractor payments, and supplier invoices.

Review and verify contract documents, invoices, and payment requests in line with project terms.

Perform bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Handle tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT) related to construction and engineering activities.

Support preparation of bidding documents, quotations, and financial sections of tenders.

Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure proper cost tracking.

Work with auditors, tax authorities, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.

Maintain proper documentation for contracts, acceptance records (biên bản nghiệm thu), and payment dossiers.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, EPC, or industrial/environmental projects. Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, and contract management. Good knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations (especially construction-related taxes). Proficient in Excel (cost tracking, financial models) and accounting software/ERP. Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, sales). Good English communication skills (especially for reports and contracts). Preferred

Qualifications: Experience in water treatment, wastewater, or environmental engineering companies is a strong advantage. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts or similar project contract structures is a plus. Experience working with foreign clients/FDI projects is preferred. Note: Please submit your CV in English.
