POSITION SUMMARY The Merchandising Manager will lead a team of Merchandisers and act as the strategic bridge connecting Buyers, Suppliers (Vendors), and the internal Production team.

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire pre-production procedure, ensuring smooth execution of orders from commitment to final shipment, while mentoring team members to achieve operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:&

QUALIFICATIONS:• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Garment Merchandising, with at least 2 years in Senior Lead/ Manager role.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of garment pre-production procedures.

System Skills: Proficient in ERP systems and familiar with international Buyers' portal systems.
