Fundraising Coordinator

Key

responsibilities:1. Donor strategy and pipeline

Identify and prioritise target segments: corporations, foundations, HNWIs and event partners

Research and maintain a prioritised prospect and outreach plan for each segment.

Agree and deliver fundraising targets in coordination with the SCC‑USA President. 2. Campaigns and proposals

Design, implement and manage tailored fundraising campaigns and proposals.

Deliver outreach via email, phone and social media (e.g. LinkedIn).

Coordinate with Programme and Communications colleagues to align messaging. 3. Relationship management

Manage the full donor cycle: prospecting, approach, stewardship and renewal.

Build strong, long‑term relationships with corporate partners, foundations, HNWIs and event partners.

Coordinate with the Programme and Communications colleagues to arrange visits for international donors. 4. Monitoring and reporting

Track and report key fundraising metrics (e.g. income, conversion, retention).

Maintain profiles and giving history on donor database.

Use data and feedback to refine targeting, messaging and campaign design.

Person specification Required:

Vietnamese national with at least 2 years’ fundraising experience in NGOs.

Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

Proven experience planning and delivering donor campaigns across channels (email, phone, social media).

Strong relationship‑building, communication and negotiation skills.

Proactive self‑starter, confident in identifying, prioritising and pursuing new prospects. Desirable:

Experience securing corporate and/or foundation grants.

Experience using donor CRM tools (e.g. Bloomerang).

Experience using LinkedIn‑based prospecting tools (e.g. Sales Navigator). Child safeguarding All staff must be alert to all forms of injustice, child exploitation and abuse.
