Functional Consultant / Business Analyst - Remote Working

Lead discovery workshops and document AS-IS / TO-BE processes, including fit-gap analysis and solution design Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, eCommerce) based on client

, following a “native-first” approach Develop functional and technical documentation such as integration specs, test cases, and user manuals Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems, including validation and reconciliation Deliver user training sessions and create role-based training materials and operational guides Troubleshoot system issues in both staging and production environments Manage assigned project workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards Collaborate closely with developers, technical leads, and client stakeholders (including SMEs) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute break.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation or similar roles (Odoo experience is highly preferred) Strong ability to work directly with stakeholders at all levels (from operational staff to management) Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal), especially in client-facing contexts Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields Experience with data migration, system integration (API, SFTP, EDI), or accounting/inventory processes is a plus
