Fullstack Developer Leader

Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the latest technologies and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces.

Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code across the full application stack.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Implement and integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform thorough testing, and provide timely resolutions.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose new ideas to improve development processes and systems.

Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS serverless platforms.

Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

At least 2-3 years of experience as a full-stack developer.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, delivering high-quality software solutions.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Solid understanding of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, PHP).

Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and implementing data models.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of AWS services and serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to solve complex problems independently and demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
