Full-stack Technical Lead (or Senior Full-stack Developer)

Analyze project

, solution architecture, and existing source code.

Do detailed design for cloud-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure in collaboration internal architects.

Develop backend services and APIs using C# and .NET and build modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

Translate solution designs into working software and deliver features from implementation through deployment.

Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, estimation, and implementation planning.

Establish and promote engineering standards for code quality, automated testing, security, performance, and maintainability.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers while remaining actively involved in implementation.

Investigate software defects and production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, clients, and development teams to communicate technical decisions, risks, and progress.

Requirements:/

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of relevant software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with C#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.

Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure Integration Services, and Azure SQL.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, testing, and deployments.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, application architecture, and Agile delivery.

Experience leading technical discussions, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and promoting engineering best practices.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, or troubleshooting.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Advances (Nice to have)

Hands-on experience developing AI or AI-agent applications using Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, or similar platforms.

Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool or function calling, and agent-based architectures.
