FULL STACK DEVELOPER (Strong BE) (ĐÀ NẴNG)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using NestJS with RxJS

Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to design robust and maintainable systems

Work with Kafka and MQTT in building message-driven architectures

Collaborate with the frontend team, familiarity with Angular is a plus

Optimize software performance and ensure scalability in system design and implementation

Lead and participate technical discussions, advise for architecture decisions, and participate in code reviews

Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability

Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data storage and caching

Ensure adherence to clean architecture principles, best practices, and coding standards

Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, APIs, and development guidelines

Support team growth through knowledge sharing and technical guidance

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Back End or Full Stack development

Proven experience with NestJS and RxJS in production environments

Experience or familiarity with Angular is an advantage

Strong background in microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Hands-on experience with Kafka and MQTT for message-driven architectures

Proficient in working with PostgreSQL and Redis

Solid understanding of clean architecture, software design patterns, and performance optimization

Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application quality

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD processes.

Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Basic understanding of backend security best practices (e.g. authentication and authorization, input validation, protection against common vulnerabilities)

Experience mentoring team members is a plus

Experience in code reviews, design reviews, and software performance reviews

Ability to produce and review technical documentation effectively

Experience mentoring or guiding team members is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency in English, especially in reading and writing technical documentation
