RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and implement a long-term technology vision aligned with business strategy Develop a detailed technical roadmap with specific measurable milestones Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies suitable for the US market Represent the company at technology events and build technical credibility in the industry Design scalable architecture for CRM and AI platforms that meet US market

REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 7 years in software development, with 4+ years in senior management (CTO, VP Engineering) US Market Experience: Experience implementing SaaS in the US market (requirement) Tech Stack Proficiency: Angular, Java, AWS, Microservices architecture CRM Knowledge: Experience with enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) Cloud Expertise: Advanced AWS architecture and optimization practices Technical Breadth: Experience with web/mobile, backend systems, data pipelines Real-time Systems: Experience with real-time/near real-time systems (advantage) Saas-led model: Experience working with Saas model Still passionate about coding Developed Saas applications on Amazon Web Service platform & launched to the market. (Priority given to candidates who have worked in CRM, Marketing domains) Developed AI for Saas applications Recruited and managed a team of > 10 people. Experience managing technology budgets of $200,000+ Ability to optimize operational costs on AWS and cloud services Experience efficiently allocating resources across multiple parallel projects Knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation with software/hardware vendors Ability to communicate complex technical vision and lead teams to execute Excellent technical team management skills, experience building and leading teams of 10+ people Ability to balance long-term technical goals with short-term business needs Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making Experience working in startup/high-growth environments is an advantage Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields MBA or management certifications are a plus Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) Experience working with US clients/partners Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Make daily reports/weekly/monthly. Design & Development: Lead the design and development of new features and systems, translating high-level

requirements:into detailed and well-defined technical specifications. Maintain hands-on involvement throughout the development lifecycle to guarantee architectural consistency. Agentic Orchestration: Integrate and orchestrate AI coding agents to automate code generation, refactoring, and context engineering across the codebase. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer, preferably in CRM, ERP, SaaS, or AI. Experience working as architectural and technical design expertis and translate them into product features. Experience developing PropTech products is a strong advantage. Knowledge and Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent (proven practical experience may substitute for formal education). Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from design to deployment to effectively communicate with the technical team. Strong knowledge of UX analysis/design for web and mobile applications. In-depth knowledge of PWA and API development. Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Knowledge of SaaS system architecture, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API integration, and microservices. Experience with RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of how CRM systems integrate with other platforms (e.g., ERP, payment systems, or analytics tools). Ability to analyze document business
