Fresher Business Analyst

Support Pre-sales and Development phases of projects, working closely with Business Development and Delivery Teams under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in gathering, assessing, and analyzing customer

requirements:for software projects. Draft and contribute to the development of design and business analysis documentation (such as basic user stories, wireframes, etc.) for the project. Assist in project planning by helping to define the steps and resources needed for the project. Collaborate closely with different operation teams (Dev, QA) to ensure seamless communication and clear understanding of

requirements:. Support and participate in UAT testing to ensure the final product meets customer criteria and

requirements:. Coordinate with other project team members under the supervision of the direct team leaders and daily engage with overseas customers.

Experience: under 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, or a fresh graduate with relevant BA internship experience.

Having a background in IT or Computer Science.

Language: Good English proficiency (4 skills) to communicate effectively with overseas clients and teams.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to details.

Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving mindset.

Eager to self-learn and research, take ownership of assignments, and work well both independently and in teams.

Able to work well under pressure.

Nice-to-have: Ability to assist in understanding and writing technical documents (SRS, BRD) in both English and Vietnamese.

Have knowledge of UI/UX principles and basic usage of UI/UX design tools (Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD…).

Basic understanding of database structures (DB diagrams) and system integration.

Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exposure or basic knowledge of CRM/ERP and mobile application development.

Salary: 8-12M VND gross/ month 13 months' salary per year, Tet and holiday bonuses: April 30th, September 2nd, New Year, project-based bonuses, and performance-based bonuses Hands-on training provided by experienced senior BA lead and Project Managers.
