Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage Lead Generation campaigns on platforms best suited for reaching international investors (e.g., Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
International Targeting: Develop targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and ad copy specifically tailored to individual investors in AU, EU, and Middle East markets.
Lead Quality Control: Focus strictly on the quality and intent of leads over sheer volume. Continuously monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL) while ensuring leads meet the financial criteria.
BPO Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Work closely with our internal team to track lead statuses.
Data & Reporting: Set up proper tracking (Pixel, Google Analytics, UTMs) and provide clear, transparent weekly/monthly performance dashboards for our team to present to the client. 3. Key

Mandatory Experience: You MUST have a proven track record and actual ad spend data in AU, EU, or the Middle East for high-ticket products/services (e.g., Real Estate, Financial Investments, Luxury Goods, Buy & Leaseback). Candidates with only domestic (Vietnam) experience will NOT be considered.
Language: Strong English proficiency is absolute essential for creating compelling ad copy, setting up international targeting, and analyzing global data.
BPO/Agency Mindset: You understand the critical importance of a feedback loop—adapting your campaigns based on third-party sales feedback.
