Bachelor's Degree.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

7-10+ years extensive experience in Banking and Card operations, Authorization.

Deep knowledge in fraud parameter/rule, fraud detection, card authorization, card systems, association systems.

Experience in data analysis.

Strong MIS and data structuring skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent capacity to strategize action plans.
