1. Ensure standards, regulations, and laws regarding food safety are implemented and adhered to at the store Guide, inspect, and conduct audits to evaluate implementation of food safety procedures (according to company regulations, legal
requirements:, or HACCP) based on internal and external audit plans.Participate and collaborate with stores to prepare for and work with local authorities during food safety inspections. Oversee and track corrective actions for non-conformities. Guide and inspect service quality of suppliers (pest control, cleaning services, sanitation chemicals) to ensure effective implementation according to contracts; propose supplier changes if necessary. Plan and follow up on calibration of measuring equipment (scales, thermometers) to ensure compliance. 2. Monitor food safety for products at the stor Plan, sample, and test food products (fresh/processed foods, water supply, edible ice) according to testing plans with external laboratories and verify results or corrective actions. Collaborate with stores and Commercial teams to supervise testing, withdrawal, and recall of non-conforming products and follow up on corrective actions. Participate in resolving, supervising, and reporting customer complaints related to food safety. 3. Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions on food safety regulations Plan and monitor training progress for store employees on food safety. Organize food safety knowledge training and examinations to ensure employees obtain legally required certificates. Conduct internal food safety training and awareness programs. Coordinate external training sessions (e.g., sanitation chemical usage training from suppliers). 4. Support and oversee stores' licenses or certificates related to food safety and work with local authorities Monitor the validity and business scope of Food Safety Certificates, Alcohol Retail Licenses, HACCP certifications, and other relevant permits. Coordinate with departments to support new or existing stores in obtaining or renewing certificates and licenses, including documentation preparation and inspections by authorities or certification bodies. 5. Control documents related to food safety and regulatory compliance Control compliance regarding the validity and pass/fail status of: Food safety training certificates Equipment calibration records Product testing reports Supplier documentation Other records required by legal regulations and internal policies Control compliance on the validity implementation of records: health records of the store's employees involved in food business and production (by HR), product quality self-declaration (by Commercial-Quality). 6. Other tasks Report food safety issues occurring at the store to Store Manager, Regional FSM and FS Director. Monitor all expenses related to food safety activities at the store. Other tasks as required by the job and assigned by Regional FSM.

Functional knowledge & experience: Having experience in quality and food safety control, priority in retail or food production.
Having knowledge of food safety and quality control, food quality management systems such as HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and related legal regulations.
Functional skill: Training, Communication.
Internal audit on Quality, Food Safety System.
Managerial skill: Teamwork, Planning.
Education: University/College degree, priority in Food, Chemical, Biology, Biology Technology faculties.
Seniority: At least 1 year experience in quality and food safety control, priority in retail or food production.
Language: Basic English.
Office skills: Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel.
Attitude: Seriously and honestly.
