Floor Operation - Trợ Lý Vận Hành Trung Tâm Thương Mại

1. Operation Task (50%) - Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.

Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand-supply of the products.

Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations. 2. Marketing & Event (30%) - Working with brands to co-operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.

Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers - Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product - Survey market trend and update market status 3. Sales Report & Payment (20%) - Working with the Finance Dep’t about payment relating to the brand.

Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.

Bachelor degree, any majors - From 1 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Store Management...

Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese - Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills - Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good at working with numbers - Be willing to work in shift (1 – 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) per week) and in holidays
