Overview: Support daily operations for the platform’s food delivery and dine-out services, ensuring smooth processes across internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with merchants/partners to onboard, update information, and resolve operational issues Monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and propose improvements to optimize operational efficiency Handle inquiries and support requests from partners in a timely and professional manner Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives Prepare reports, track data, and maintain accurate documentation of operations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or final-year student (preferred in Business, Economics, or related fields) Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Prior experience in customer service, operations, or support roles is a plus
