Finance Intern - M&S Site

Support Financial Controls & Governance Assist in reinforcing financial controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

Support site internal control initiatives, including fixed asset management and control improvements (e.g., asset master data accuracy, capitalization discipline), which require coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and follow-up on operational discipline.

Assist in Financial Processes (Closing & Planning Cycles) Support key finance processes such as monthly closing, provisioning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Ensure data accuracy and timely preparation under supervision.

Process Documentation & Standardization Document and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key finance activities (e.g., closing, provisioning, forecasting) to improve consistency, transparency, and control.

Reporting Simplification & Digitalization Support initiatives to simplify financial reporting and improve data structures.

Explore and implement basic automation solutions (e.g., Excel tools, templates, dashboards) to enhance efficiency and usability of reports.

· The position requires a graduate with a Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business related fields. Prefer professional

qualifications:in Finance e.g. CPA and ACCA · Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tool. · Good communication and ability to work with different stakeholders · Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.

· Gain hands-on experience in financial closing, planning, and internal control processes · Develop understanding of manufacturing/site finance operations · Exposure to cross-functional collaboration (Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) · Build skills in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
