Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Performance Analyst Intern to support sales performance management through KPI tracking, commission calculation, incentive schemes, and business analysis. Key

Responsibilities:· Support sales KPI tracking and performance reporting. · Assist in calculating sales commissions and incentive payouts. · Analyze sales data and prepare dashboards/reports. · Support bonus scheme design and performance monitoring. · Work closely with Sales and Finance teams on ad-hoc analysis.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related majors. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas). Basic understanding of financial statements and financial analysis. Knowledge of Power BI or SQL is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
