Finance, Accounting and Admin Officer

1. Finance & Accounting:

Record and maintain accurate accounting entries for all company transactions (income, expenses, reimbursements, payments).

Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly / quarterly), including cash flow tracking and financial summaries.

Monitor company expenses and support budget tracking.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. 2. Payroll & Administration:

Prepare monthly salary calculations and payroll payouts.

Manage staff expense claims and reimbursement records.

Support administrative tasks related to finance, contracts, and payments.

Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, and relevant authorities when required. 3. Compliance & Support:

Support tax filing preparation and statutory compliance (with external consultants if applicable).

Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis or reporting requests.

Ensure financial processes are followed consistently and transparently.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience handling payroll preparation and salary payouts.

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is a plus.

Proficient in AI tools to automate financing documentation - Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Comfortable working on-site in a startup environment. NICE TO HAVE:

Experience working in startups or small companies.

Familiarity with local accounting and tax regulations.
