Filipino Customer Support Executive (Telesales) – Philippine Market

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via Hotline and Facebook Fanpage regarding product information, pricing, promotional campaigns, and warranty policies.

Listen to, handle, and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Contact qualified leads provided by the company (warm leads) to introduce products and services.

Provide in-depth product consultation, understand customers' needs and psychology, and persuade them to make a purchase.

Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat purchase rates and customer loyalty.

Proactively contact customers to introduce promotional campaigns, upgraded packages, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Monitor the customer lifecycle (repurchase cycle) and follow up at the appropriate time to encourage repeat purchases. Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with 4 flexible days off per month. Work location: 2nd Floor, HH1 Building, Meco Complex, Alley 102 Truong Chinh Street, Kim Lien Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Communication skills : Gentle and confident communication style with clear pronunciation; strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to handle customer situations flexibly.

Experience : At least 2 months of experience in Telesales, Sales Consulting, or Customer Service.

Personal qualities : Patient, able to work under pressure, persuasive speaking voice, with no speech impediments (e.g., lisping or stuttering).

Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Base salary: VND 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 per month (negotiable based on

qualifications:and experience) plus sales commission.

The company covers 100% of visa expenses for business trips when required.
