JOB SUMMARY Responsible for all Facility operation and maintenance, renovation at MILWAUKEE sites. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:AND AUTHORITIES Facility Operation & Maintenance Manage the operation and maintenance of all factory facility systems, including:

Electrical systems (MV/LV, generators, UPS)

HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation)

Fire Protection Systems (fire pumps, sprinklers, fire alarm)

Water supply, drainage and wastewater systems

Compressed air, utilities and...

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, M&E, HVAC or related engineering disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities or Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Need at least 5 years of experience in supervisor roles with people management
