Event Cooridnator

Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute internal and external events that reflect the high standards of our K–12 international school. This role plays a key part in recruiting new students, building community engagement and enhancing the school’s brand through professional, well-run events. Key

Responsibilities:Plan and organize school events to support student recruitment, marketing initiatives, and academic engagement - including open houses, student showcases, info sessions, festivals, contests, and graduation ceremonies. Coordinate event logistics: venue setup, equipment, catering, vendor bookings, and collaboration with internal departments. Work closely with the academic and admissions teams to ensure event objectives align with school goals. Develop detailed event guest list, timelines, budgets, checklists, and run-of-show and post event documents. Manage event communications, including invitations, follow-up emails, and social media content. Ensure all events reflect the school’s brand identity and meet high visual and aesthetic standards. Gather feedback and analyze event outcomes to inform future improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Over 2 years of experience in event planning, preferably in education or hospitality.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Creative eye for visual details, theming, and guest experience.

Fluent in English Comfortable working evenings or weekends during major events.

Full Probationary Pay: 100% salary is guaranteed during the probationary employment.
