ERP/Python Developer (Junior/ Middle)

Build business solutions on Odoo ERP platform, typically:

Develop and customize ERP modules using Python - Implement system integrations - Implement data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

Analyze and document business

and technical specifications

Execute testing and debugging What skills you will gain

Technical skills: ERP system, Python development, system integration, data migration, cloud, DevOps, cyber security, etc.

English communication skills: 100% of our clients are businesses in the US. You will be in an English-speaking environment and have ample opportunities to communicate directly with clients and coworkers in the US.

BA skills: you will participate in analyzing and documenting business processes of typical companies in the US.

Qualifications:➢ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ➢ Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Python development experience, or experience in Go, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages. ➢ Technical Skills: ○ Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures and algorithms ○ Proficient in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). ○ Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques. ○ Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. ○ Knowledge of version control systems like Git. ➢ Learning Agility: Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, or programming languages as required. ➢ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ➢ Strong English communication skills Preferred

Qualifications:➢ Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). ➢ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
