Equipment Engineer (SMT)

Improve SMT production line performance, including yield rate, equipment downtime, material wastage, and CPH (components per hour).

Analyze defects after reflow (post-oven), TEST, and SYS stages, and implement preventive improvements.

Provide technical support during line changeovers to ensure efficiency improvement.

Support NPI (New Product Introduction) debugging, defect analysis, and follow up on improvement...

College diploma or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Automation, or related fields.

1~2 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance; familiar with operation, maintenance, and calibration of SMT equipment, especially Panasonic NPM series (NPM-D3/TT2/-W2, SPG/-2), DEK printers, GKK, and Heller reflow ovens (1936 MK5 / 2043 / 2047).
