Engineering Manager (Electronics Manufacturing)

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Section Manager to lead engineering operations in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. Key

Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee all Engineering activities within the factory

Support US customers and handle technical issues/projects effectively

Coordinate with Production, QA, PE, NPI, and related departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in CM (Contract Manufacturing) or ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) environment

Strong background in Engineering and Manufacturing processes within electronics factories

Experience supporting US customers and handling technical projects/issues

Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

Fluent English communication is required
