Education background in Chemical, Material Science, Electronics Engineering or relevant majors.
Ideally 4+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment, especially with electroplating operations process.
Independent and team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
