Participate in Organizing and Communicating Internal Events Contribute ideas and support the organization of internal company events (e.g., company trips, cultural activities).

Assist in brainstorming and implementing employee engagement activities (e.g., birthdays, holidays, Tet, etc.).

Develop Recruitment Content and Employer Branding Plan and create content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Produce communication materials including articles, visuals, and videos.

Join the team in organizing recruitment events (e.g., job fairs, workshops).

Passionate about connecting people, inspiring others, and building a positive, energetic working environment. Confident in public speaking and communicating in front of a crowd. Able to think creatively and produce engaging content consistently. Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, etc., is a plus.
