Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of electrical applications for manufacturing processes. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and customer

requirements:to provide appropriate technical solutions. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and support daily manufacturing operations. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and process performance. Prepare, maintain, and update engineering documentation, work instructions, and technical specifications. Support product validation, testing, and qualification activities for new products or process changes. Provide technical support and training to operators and relevant departments when required. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project success. Perform other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Internship or working experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills Basic knowledge of electrical systems, industrial electrical equipment, or automation.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design software is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Language Good command of written and spoken English.
