About the Role You will be at the front line of Gohub's performance marketing and e-commerce growth — owning our KOC/KOL affiliate engine on TikTok and Shopee while keeping our store operations running with precision. This role suits someone who lives on TikTok, thinks in conversions, and takes pride in spotless data. Responsibilities:1. KOC/KOL Affiliate & Platform Marketing — 70% Source, evaluate, and recruit high-potential KOCs/KOLs aligned with Gohub's brand and campaign goals on TikTok and Shopee Affiliate Negotiate commission structures, coordinate product sampling logistics, and enforce posting schedules to keep campaigns on track Brief partners with clear product USPs, messaging angles, and creative direction designed to maximize conversion — not just views Build and nurture a reliable, long-term network of top-performing affiliate partners Monitor live campaign performance (CTR, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS) and flag anomalies early Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights Spot and adapt emerging viral trends to amplify campaign reach and relevance 2. E-commerce Store Operations — 30% Upload and maintain product listings with SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and images across Shopee and relevant platforms Plan and execute Flash Sales, Vouchers, Combo deals, and campaign mechanics with 100% pricing accuracy Monitor store health metrics — seller ratings, response rate, penalty flags — and action platform notifications promptly Track competitor pricing, promotions, and product strategy; surface recommendations to improve Gohub's positioning Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure all storefront visuals meet platform standards and brand guidelines

What We Are Looking For Must Have Proactive self-starter who follows TikTok and Shopee trends closely and applies them with speed Highly detail-oriented — zero tolerance for pricing errors, missed deadlines, or incomplete data entries Clear communicator and confident negotiator when working with KOCs/KOLs and external partners Data-driven mindset with solid proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, tracking dashboards) Able to manage multiple tasks and partners simultaneously without dropping the ball Nice to Have Prior experience running TikTok Shop or Shopee affiliate campaigns Existing network of KOCs/KOLs in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods Familiarity with Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Seller Center, or similar platforms Basic understanding of content performance metrics (watch rate, engagement rate, GMV per video) Who Thrives in This Role You are the kind of person who screenshots a viral TikTok and immediately thinks "how do we get a partner to make this with our product?" You track your own numbers without being asked, you follow up before things become problems, and you treat a pricing error as a personal affront.
