E-commerce Intern (Tiktok)

Support daily store operations on TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotional setup.

Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Respond to customer inquiries, handle basic after-sales issues, and maintain a positive shopping experience.

Assist in coordinating with the Affiliate team by preparing product information, campaign materials, and supporting KOL/KOC collaborations.

Track store performance, campaign results, and prepare basic operational reports.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to support business growth.
