MISEN is a cross-border D2C company building global consumer brands. As a Customer Support Intern , you will join the operations team and learn how to deliver reliable customer service across email, live chat, and support tickets. You will work with senior support and operations teammates to handle customer inquiries, resolve common post-purchase issues, and help customers stay informed throughout their journey. Key

responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and helpdesk tickets with a helpful, professional tone. Support customers with order status, shipping updates, product questions, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Collect order numbers, tracking details, screenshots, and issue context before escalating complex cases. Document tickets clearly, follow up on open cases, and keep customers updated on next steps. Use support tools, macros, internal notes, and escalation workflows correctly. Flag recurring issues or process gaps that may affect customer experience. Learn brand voice, support policies, and service standards for each D2C brand you support.

Must have Currently a student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate with interest in customer-facing work.

Clear, friendly written English and the ability to stay calm and professional with customers.

Strong attention to detail with order numbers, dates, screenshots, and follow-up steps.

Reliable, organized, and open to feedback.

Available for a full-time internship in Hanoi, working onsite.

Nice to have Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, ecommerce support, or community moderation.

Familiarity with Shopify, helpdesk tools, live chat platforms, or order management systems.

Interest in D2C brands, cross-border ecommerce, or operations.

You do not need Full-time professional support experience.

Perfect English.

Deep technical knowledge.

Minimum education: Current student, recent graduate, vocational training in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
