1. Key
Responsibilities:1.1. Affiliate Channel Management: Own and manage the end-to-end the Affiliate Marketing ecosystem across E-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.), including planning, execution, and performance optimization 1.2. Creator Acquisition: Actively source, onboard, and grow a strong pipeline of affiliate new creators across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.), including both video and livestream formats to scale channel reach and revenue 1.3. Creator Management: Build and maintain relationships with creators, provide performance feedback, and implement incentive schemes to drive engagement and retention 1.4. Content & Seeding Management: Oversee monthly content output (videos, livestreams) and manage product seeding to ensure efficient distribution and brand alignment 1.5. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize key metrics (Views, GMV,CVR, CPO, ROI) through data analysis, creator selection, and content direction. Cost efficiency by optimizing content strategy, creator mix, commission structures, and campaign execution 1.6. Campaign & Budget Execution: Plan and execute affiliate campaigns in line with sales events, while managing budgets and maximizing ROI 1.7. Collaborate with internal teams (E-commerce, Marketing) and external partners to align campaigns, content, and promotions. 1.8. Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to continuously enhance channel effectiveness. 2. Develop a job goals 2.1. Retention rate of key creators 2.2. Always have clear work goals, be proactive and creative in work, and always give opinions and optimal solutions for work development 3. Other jobs 3.1. Willing to arrange work to follow and optimize/execute the big campaign/ event online performance as scheduled (evening and weekend) 3.2. Report and send weekly work plan to direct management 3.3. Be obliged to report to the direct management any problems arising outside of the scope of expertise 3.4. Strong understanding of Affiliate models on Shopee and TikTok Shop is a plus.
Experience working with KOLs/KOCs/Creators/MCN/TAP.
Experience scaling Affiliate networks Basic skills in Excel, Word, PPT, Website, - Basic English communication - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or E-commerce
