Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities Create and maintain accurate shipment records in internal system. Track and trace shipments, monitor milestones, and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal team to ensure smooth shipment execution. Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation in accordance with customer and regulatory

requirements:. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Arrange transportation bookings with carriers and freight forwarders in line with KPIs. Validate transportation invoices against contracted rates and supporting documentation; coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely payment. Request transportation quotations, evaluate carrier options, and support cost and transit time optimization. Prepare operational and performance reports, ensuring accurate data and timely issue escalation. Collaborate with team to improve processes and maximize system utilization.

Requirements Minimum 1-year experience in logistics.

Excellent English reading and writing skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently , following instructions and standard procedures Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills Proactive attitude with willingness to improve efficiency for yourself and the team Immediate availability is preferred
