Handle export shipments in accordance with SOPs and customer

Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or International Transportation.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong customer service orientation, communication, and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
