Support customers with issues related to the following areas: travel, banking, e-commerce, airline tickets, etc.

Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, terms of use.

Guide customers to handle changes, refunds/cancellations of services, complaints.

Ensure the best customer experience, respond quickly and professionally.

Update special situations to management when necessary.

Work in one of the following languages: English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese, depending on the assigned project. Candidate

requirements:- High school graduate or higher.

Proficiency in one of the following languages: +English - Projects on travel, airline tickets, banking. (Nightshift 24/7)
