Bachelor’s degree or higher (engineering, IT, computer science, or related technical field preferred)

At least 5-10 years experience in industrial software, digital transformation, or OT/IT convergence

Knowledge of industrial software such as SCADA, MES, MOM, APM, analytics, or related platforms (AVEVA experience is a strong advantage)

Experience in software sales, solution consulting, or value based/consultative sales
