REQUIREMENTS: Experience

Proven hands-on track record in digital performance marketing - you have planned, launched, and optimized campaigns with real budget

Real accountability for results (not just supporting/assisting roles)

Demonstrated ability to improve CAC and ROAS on campaigns you personally owned Technical Skills

Proficient with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting)
