Own Sales & Customer Experience You're the first and most important voice a customer hears from us.

That means owning the full path from enquiry to booking to repeat guest.

In practice, this looks like: Owning response time so no enquiry goes cold, replying within 2 hours, every time Turning enquiries into confirmed bookings, and following up on the ones that go quiet Spotting the right upsell, a birthday add-on, a corporate enquiry, a workshop, at the right moment Preparing quotations and invoices customers can trust Keeping daily sales reconciliation accurate and on time Drive Digital Marketing You shape how Saigon discovers Blank Space online, and how it feels once they find us.

In practice, this looks like: Running Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile like they're your own brand Planning and scheduling content that sounds like a real person, not a company Briefing and coordinating with team members on content creation Writing captions and showing up in the comments as the voice of the studio Reading the numbers behind every campaign, and adjusting what isn't working Build Partnerships Growth doesn't happen in the feed alone.

You'll build relationships that bring new audiences to the studio.

In practice, this looks like: Reaching out to schools and building relationships with HR teams and associations for corporate team bonding Developing birthday and referral partnerships that bring guests back with friends Representing Blank Space with cafés, malls, and community groups around the city

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing work Excellent written and spoken English A genuine interest in social media and how brands grow through it A commercial mindset, you notice opportunities and act on them Strong copywriting instincts Comfortable and confident talking to customers Organized enough to run multiple moving parts at once Creative, with ideas you're eager to test Ideal Fit for Us Who Thrives at Blank Space We're not looking for people who simply complete tasks.
