Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy online (Facebook, Google, TikTok, SEO, Email, Website, etc.), offline (Partnership & Distribution Channels,…) Plan and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
Arrange trade show/event/activations.
Oversee and optimize all digital channels and campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROI, ROAS…).
Collaborate with Content and Design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Optimize user experience (UX/UI) and customer journey across digital platforms.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Marketing team.
Partner with the Sales team to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
REQUIRES: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, CRM…).
Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO) is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in English
