Marketing Performance & Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels. Develop and implement optimization plans to improve ROI and campaign efficiency. SMS/ZNS Campaign Management Plan, write, schedule, and analyze SMS & ZNS messaging campaigns. Coordinate with relevant vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with campaign objectives. Track performance metrics and propose optimization strategies for future campaigns. Partnership development Identify and develop strategic digital partnerships to enhance brand reach, lead generation, and app engagement. Manage end-to-end partnership execution, from negotiation to performance tracking. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage digital campaigns and initiatives, including timelines and budgets Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely delivery in coordination with relevant departments.
