Responsible for planning, executing, and managing multi-channel content marketing activities, supporting email marketing campaigns, and coordinating marketing events to ensure effective brand communication and smooth marketing operations. Job
Responsibilities:1. Multi-channel Content Management Develop and manage content across the company's communication channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Website/Blog, Marketplace, and other digital platforms. Propose content ideas and trending topics that align with market trends and audience interests. Create and maintain the company's product catalog information and publish product listings on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Ensure content consistency across all communication channels in accordance with the company's brand guidelines. Collaborate with relevant departments to keep product, service, and company information accurate and up to date. 2. Event & Exhibition Coordination Coordinate company registrations for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events. Work closely with event organizers and internal stakeholders to prepare required documents, marketing materials, and supporting information. Monitor timelines and assist with event preparation before, during, and after each event. 3. Email Marketing Develop email marketing content for marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and product/service promotions. Coordinate with relevant teams to execute email marketing campaigns according to the marketing plan. Monitor and optimize email performance metrics, including open rates and click-through rates (CTR). Continuously review and improve email content to enhance communication effectiveness. 4. Internal Documentation Management Maintain, organize, and standardize the Marketing department's internal documentation. Manage the library of marketing documents, images, templates, and related assets to ensure accessibility and consistency. Control document versioning and ensure all materials remain up to date. 5. Responsibilities:Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role. Basic understanding of SEO principles is an advantage. Experience managing website content. Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) is an advantage. Skills Excellent content writing and editing skills. Strong understanding of multi-channel content marketing. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage and organize documents and digital assets effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Canva or other basic graphic design tools.
