Account Executive & Campaign Support Client Communication: Act as a daily point of contact for clients, taking notes during briefings and sharing prompt status updates.
Project Coordination: Work closely with internal creative, copy, and tech teams to ensure digital assets (social media posts, ads, websites) are delivered on time.
Campaign Execution: Assist in scheduling social media calendars, setting up basic ad campaigns, and checking creative assets for errors before launch.
Market Research: Gather data on industry trends, monitor competitors, and research target audiences to assist with client strategy pitches.
Reporting: Compile weekly or monthly digital campaign performance data (clicks, impressions, engagement) into clear presentation slides.

Office Administration Contract Follow-Up & Tracking: Monitor client and vendor contract timelines, track upcoming expiration dates, and proactively follow up on renewals or terminations.
Documentation Management: Coordinate the signing process for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and project scopes, ensuring all parties execute them on time.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule pitch meetings, manage conference room bookings, and prepare necessary tech setups (projectors, video calls).
Vendor & Billing Support: Coordinate with vendors and help route signed contracts and corresponding invoices to the finance department.

REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Digital Literacy: Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Software Competency: Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint for building decks and Excel for managing schedules).
Agency Tools (Plus): Basic exposure to project management apps (Trello, Asana, Monday.com) or basic digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is an advantage.
Multitasking Under Pressure: Ability to handle multiple fast-moving digital campaigns alongside daily office administrative tasks.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with a talent for presentational writing and copywriting.
High Attention to Detail: Crucial for proofreading ad copy, spot-checking graphics, and maintaining precise schedules.
People Skills: A positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset to work across various creative teams.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English.
Chinese Language Advantage: Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (written and spoken) is a strong plus.
