DevOps/IT Intern

Assist with maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting for the company’s multi-office network system.

Support the setup, configuration, auditing, and troubleshooting of employee computers and devices across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.

Help monitor, audit, and follow company-wide security standards in alignment with ISO 27001.

Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud-based systems and applications, with on-the-job training to grow into a DevOps role.

Provide technical support to end-users, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.

Participate in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours or weekend support to address urgent issues and perform scheduled maintenance.

Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for systems and procedures.

Required Skills &

Qualifications: Education: 4th year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in an IT support or system administrator role. Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. Familiarity with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, or macOS systems. Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Professional Competencies: Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset. Strong customer service attitude and willingness to help users. Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow toward DevOps
