Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing/NPI
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawings
CAD skills (NX preferred)
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Fluent English and proficient MS Office
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
