Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design (residential project experience preferred).
Proven experience in preparing feasibility study reports, developing basic design, and executing detailed technical design for projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp (3D), etc.
Strong creativity and awareness of the latest market trends.
