Responsibilities:• Develop high-quality architectural design drawings, presentations, design reports, and technical documentation from concept through later design stages.

Translate design intent into clear architectural drawings, layouts, façade studies, diagrams, and presentation materials.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized university.

Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, preferably with exposure to high-rise, mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, or complex urban projects.

Strong design sense, good technical understanding, and ability to prepare clear architectural drawings and presentation materials.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Photoshop...
