Data & Reporting Analyst

The Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting operational data to support decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, provide actionable insights, and improve reporting efficiency. Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management and stakeholders Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business decision-making Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools (Excel / Power BI / other tools) Support Operation Head in data interpretation and reporting

requirements:Improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and automation Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operation, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to align data reporting Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with company standards Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by line manager

Education Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field Experience 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar role Fresh candidates with strong data skills can be considered Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau is preferred Basic knowledge of SQL / data management is a plus Good communication and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Language Good English communication (written & verbal) (Report directly to Expat Manager) Key Competencies Data-driven mindset Attention to detail Continuous improvement mindset Collaboration and teamwork Time management & accountability Location: Olam B5, Tien Nga, Phuoc Tan, Dong Nai
