Data Analyst (Game Industry) - Junior Up

What You Will Do Modeling & Analysis: Support the building and improvement of analytical reports and simple forecasting models based on game and business needs.

Track key performance metrics and help identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Turn data findings into clear recommendations for Product, Monetization, and UA teams.

Visualization & Storytelling: Communicate insights in a simple, business-friendly way: Build dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Looker, Databucket, or similar platforms.

Create charts, KPI summaries, and drill-down views to help teams understand performance.

Present data in a simple and business-friendly way so non-technical stakeholders can easily follow.

Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Game Design, Product, UA, Monetization, and LiveOps.

Understand business questions and help translate them into data analysis tasks.

Support teams with timely reports and practical insights for decision-making.

What We’re Looking For Basic to good proficiency in Python (or similar language) for data processing, analysis, or simple automation.

Good knowledge of SQL and experience writing queries for analysis.

Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Familiarity with analytics/tracking tools such as Firebase, AdMob, MAX, Adjust/Appsflyer is a plus.

Understanding of common product and business metrics such as retention, LTV, ROAS, monetization, and user behavior.

Comfortable working with data to generate insights and support business decisions.

Basic understanding of statistics and experimentation is preferred.

Nice to Have Experience with BigQuery, GCP, or other cloud data platforms.

Experience with automation using Google Apps Script or similar tools.

Some understanding of data pipelines or ETL/ELT workflows.

Around 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst role is preferred.

Experience in the mobile game or app industry is a strong plus.

Benefits:Competitive Salary: Approximately 15–30 million VND (based on experience). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (1.5-hour lunch break).
