3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in E-commerce operations, E-commerce Specialist, or a similar role, preferably in the Appliance, FMCG, or Retail industry.
Experience managing CRM, loyalty, or membership programs for an E-commerce channel is highly valued.
Experience participating in a new site launch or major platform migration is a significant advantage.
High proficiency with a major E-commerce platform.
Strong foundational knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS.
Understanding of API integration concepts is a plus.
Highly analytical, data-driven, and possesses a strong "owner" mindset.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, lean environment.
Good business proficiency in English (reading technical documents and communicating cross-functionally).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft, Google, Lark,...)
