Provide timely and effective support to clients using the ERP software via email/phone - Cooperate with relevant parties (Dev, SA/BA, AM, …) if needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the ERP modules - Accurately record, track, and update support cases in the internal case management system in a timely manner - Proactively escalate complex bugs and unresolved issues to a higher level to handle customer's issues promptly - Other internal support if required

Preferably graduated from FTU, NEU, DAV, ULIS, HANU, TMU, AOF, BAV - Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English - No experience required; full on-the-job training will be fully provided - Great opportunity to learn about ERP systems and basic IT knowledge - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Good customer service mindset - Fresh graduates or final-year students awaiting graduation are encouraged to apply - Age: 20-24
